Fabrizio Armetta is one of the most experienced drivers in the NASCAR Euro Series. Armetta made his NASCAR Euro Series debut in Le Mans in 2013 and has since competed mostly in the V8GP championship. He won the Challenger Trophy twice in 2014 and 2022, while also holding the record for the most Challenger Trophy wins with 21.

Armetta has a storied history with his team Club Competition, which first entered the NASCAR Euro Series in 2017. Armetta and Club Competition steadily gained experience with several part-time campaigns before stepping up full-time in 2022, establishing the all-Italian as a combination to reckon.

The potential was validated in 2023 when Armetta grabbed his first podium in Zolder, the longest wait for a driver before their maiden V8GP podium. In 2026, Armetta will seek his return to the podium positions behind the wheel of the #22 Toyota.
