The NASCAR Euro Series, the official championship of NASCAR in Europe, today announced a TV broadcast agreement with SPORTDIGITAL, establishing a new premier home for the series across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. This partnership brings the raw power of American-style V8 racing to the heart of Europe’s most passionate automotive market, delivering unprecedented live access and elite-tier production value.

This enhanced coverage, especially in the German market, significantly benefits competitors by providing an amplified platform to showcase their skills, interact with sponsors, increase their commercial value and elevate their personal brands to a highly engaged audience.

Under the terms of the agreement, Sportdigital1+ will provide live coverage of every NASCAR Euro Series V8GP championship race on its linear television channel Sportdigital1+ and the integrated Sportdigital+ app. In addition to the premier category, the OPEN championship will receive extensive coverage via the digital platform, with select rounds elevated to live linear broadcast throughout the 2026 season. Sportdigital1+ also acquired the rights to broadcast the NASCAR Euro Series highlights magazine: two 26-minute episodes recapping the best action and atmosphere will air after each event.

To ensure a world-class viewing experience, the NASCAR Euro Series on Sportdigital1+ will be anchored by the “Voice of NASCAR” in Germany, Pete Fink. A legendary figure in the industry and author of four books on NASCAR history, Fink brings a level of prestige and technical insight comparable to the highest levels of global motorsport.

SPORTDIGITAL currently serves as the exclusive home for the NASCAR Cup Series, creating a powerful vertical integration between the American pinnacle and its European counterpart. Fink is also the commentator of the American championship for which he is joined by NASCAR Euro Series reporter Andre Wiegold, who will continue in his role in the 2026 NASCAR Euro Series season on the grid and in the pit road.

“Germany represents one of our most vital and sophisticated markets, and we are thrilled to partner with a broadcaster that shares our vision for pure, elite-level racing. By joining forces with SPORTDIGITAL, with a professional of Pete Fink’s caliber in the booth, we are providing our fans with a premier viewing experience that matches the intensity and prestige of our on-track product,” said NASCAR Euro Series CEO and president Jerome Galpin. “This partnership marks a significant milestone in our global mission to deliver the unique atmosphere and excellence of NASCAR to the most dedicated audiences across the continent.”

Alongside the German deal, the series is proud to announce Cytavision as the new broadcast partner for Cyprus and AZAM TV as a new partner for Tanzania. This expansion underscores the NASCAR Euro Series’ commitment to breaking new ground, proving that the high-stakes, door-to-door drama of NASCAR-sanctioned racing knows no borders.

The NASCAR Euro Series recognizes the exceptional work of ICARUS Sports, the championship’s dedicated media rights partner. Their strategic vision and global distribution network have been instrumental in elevating the series’ commercial profile, ensuring that the spectacle of the NASCAR Euro Series reaches a worldwide audience with the highest standards of sports cinematography and storytelling.
